I recently saw this touring exhibition at MIMA in Middlesborough and it’s now showing at the Bluecoat gallery in Liverpool. Go and see it if you can. It’s a collection of contemporary drawing, crossing mediums in animation, sound and installation by 11 contemporary artists. It’s a Hayward Gallery / Drawing Room initiative: so a good guarantee of quality.
Some of the first year recently asked about my work, so here’s a link if you’d like to take a look, at http://www.eightandahalf.co.uk. And here’s a recent drawing - three threads are developing from drawings done at the moment. This is one of several about narrative possibility seen in childrens' playing.
